With its all-metal design, rugged construction and sealed domed keys to prevent the accumulation of dust, dirt and moisture, the ZT510 is at home in today's harshest manufacturing and warehouse environments. Designed to withstand many years of continuous use, this rugged tool can withstand extreme temperatures, dirt, rough handling and more.

Zebra's highly intelligent, best-in-class Link-OS environment provides greater insight into the real-time status and functionality of your print processes. With Link-OS, you can manage routing, firmware updates, printer configurations and more locally or remotely with a single cloud-based application. And with applications such as Virtual Devices, Profile Manager, Near Field Communication (NFC) and Print Touch, it is easy to integrate, update and contact support.

The ZT510 has a range of connectivity options, e.g. USB, serial, Gigabit Ethernet and Bluetooth® LE, making it easy to integrate into existing systems and connect to various networks. A parallel interface, 802.11a/c with Bluetooth® 4.0, USB host and IPv6 are also available as options.

From the fast processor that enables fast throughput of even complex graphics, to the optional, easily accessible USB host card slot at the rear of the printer: The ZT510 optimises performance wherever possible. And dynamic QR codes provide additional web-based support on demand to quickly resolve printer faults.
