Zebra's ZT400 series industrial printers are designed for harsh and demanding environments. The user-friendly barcode printers have been developed for high- and medium-volume applications and round-the-clock reliability. You can manage the settings quickly and easily using the large colour touch display. The side opening for consumable material makes loading easier, faster and more user-friendly. The colour-coded media path helps the user to load media and ribbon into the printer, and thanks to the lighting, everything is clearly visible even in poor lighting conditions. Available in three print resolutions and two different print widths, the ZT400 printers are suitable for a wide range of applications in manufacturing, transport and logistics, retail and more. With field-installable options for connectivity, no carrier material media handling and RFID, you can easily add new features as your needs change. Last but not least, the space-saving design also scores points: The double-folding cover allows easy storage even in the tightest of spaces.

The Zebra ZT400 series offers extensive connectivity options as well as helpful management and support tools. There are two open media compartments to accommodate additional connection options. In addition, the robust computing power and memory will support firmware upgrades and new Zebra DNA tools in the future. With factory or field-installable upgrades - including labels without carrier material, RFID and media handling - the printer can be customised to your requirements at any time.

Two USB host ports allow you to connect a variety of USB device types directly. Use a memory stick to replicate firmware, files and configurations or to print and transfer formats in an uncomplicated way. Simplify data entry by connecting a scanner and a keyboard at the same time - thanks to two host ports, the peripheral devices can remain connected.

The ZT400 is available as a 4- and 6-inch model with 203 dpi, 300 dpi and 600 dpi* (600 dpi only for the 4-inch model of the ZT411). Add RFID technology to print and encode labels to improve traceability and visibility. Choose Zebra's exclusive ZT411 RFID on-metal tagging solution, a specialised option for printing and encoding thicker RFID labels for metal containers and inventory.

With Print Touch™, you can pair ZT400 series printers with NFC-enabled devices at the touch of a finger. Dynamic QR codes give you instant access to the data you need, including instructions videos from Zebra and product support.
