The LDM-180 is a powerful and versatile dispensing module for industrial labeling processes, specifically designed for use with the LA 4050 E/I/S and LA6000 print-&-apply systems. It is used whenever a print-&-apply labeler is to be operated purely as a dispensing module—i.e., without an active printing function. With a maximum dispensing rate of up to 360 labels per minute and a placement accuracy of ±0.8 mm, the module is ideal for applications with high demands on speed and precision. The working width of 180 mm and easy integration into existing systems offer maximum flexibility. The intuitive label calibration function enables rapid format changes, while the integrated skip function ensures uninterrupted production even when labels are missing. Thanks to its robust cast-aluminum housing, USB interface for setup transfers, and high compatibility, the LDM-180 is the perfect solution for modern labeling requirements.

The LDM-180 was developed specifically for applications where a print-&-apply labeler is used solely as a dispenser—without a printing function. This is ideal when processing pre-printed labels or applying simple markings. Users benefit from the proven LA4050/LA6000 technology combined with a cost-effective, low-maintenance setup.
