Developed for easy operation and system integration

The Geset 141 semi-automatic labeling system has been specially developed for maximum user-friendliness. The system labels cylindrical products all around the lateral surface and can be adjusted to different product sizes. The product is manually inserted into the roller system by the user and operated using a lever and foot switch. Labeling is carried out by an Alpha Compact label applicator. Operation is particularly simple and intuitive - ideal even for less trained personnel. Short set-up times for batch changes increase output.

Ideal for cylindrical packaging with small quantities

The system labels cylindrical products such as bottles or jars. It is suitable for smaller runs and is used by small distilleries, distilleries, delicatessen producers and manufacturers as well as cheese and dairy farms. There are different variants to choose from: two label widths (up to 150 mm and up to 200 mm) and two label detection types (standard and transparent).

Optionally expandable with printing technologies

If variable data such as best-before date or batch number is to be printed on the labels before application, the system can easily be expanded with an inkjet printer. This allows you to add additional coding to your high-quality labels in a highly efficient, legible and precise manner during labeling. Flexible pusher rollers

Segmented pusher rollers enable thorough, precise and gentle processing of packaging with protruding edges. They distribute pressure evenly and adapt to the contours of your products to prevent bubbles or creases. This helps to increase process stability and achieve perfect labeling results.
